Payments to Gateway Management will be accepted in the form of personal check, certified funds or ACH bank transfer.

- All funds are deposited into a trust account at our financial institution.
- Rent is due on the first day of each month.
- If payment has not been received by 5:00 p.m. on the 5th of the month, a $40.00 late fee will be assessed.
- If payment has not been received by 12:00 p.m. on the 7th of the month, a 3 Day Notice TO Pay Rent of Quit may be posted leading to the commencement of eviction proceedings
- Please communicate with us. We want to see our tenants satisfied and will try to accommodate you so long as our owners are not at risk.
